How long will it take to deliver the items?

All deliveries are handled by our trusted logistics partner. Delivery times change depending on product availability, customer location and public holidays. Standard delivery within the UAE is usually between 2-5 working days.

How much are the shipping fees?

Free Delivery for all orders over AED100.00 and AED10.00 delivery fee for orders below AED100.00

Do you ship internationally?

No, we currently deliver in the UAE.

Can I add items to my order?

Can I pick up the item from the store?

Store pick-up is currently not available.

How can I track my order/shipment?

We'll send you an email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. You can then track your order and check the status by entering the tracking number into the order tracker on our site.

What is the minimum order?

There is no minimum order.

Do you have same-day delivery?

Same-day delivery is currently not available.

How can I cancel or return my order?

How long will it take to receive my refund?

The refunded amount will be processed within 7 to 14 working days.

I received a damaged item; how can I return it?

Any damaged item should not be thrown away. Kindly take a photo as proof of the damage and email it to us at online@mansoor-me.com.

My card is not accepted.

Visa and Mastercards are currently accepted.

My order got delivered but it did not match the description on the website.

Please take a picture of the item received and provide the item code and description of that item you saw online, then send them by email to online@mansoor-me.com.

My payment didn’t go through, how do I complete my order?

What is the return and exchange policy?

Customers can return unused products within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt and in original packaging and we will be happy to offer an exchange or a credit note.

Why is my order still processing?

The Item ordered might not be available in our warehouse and we would be trying to get it from one of our stores.

How can I get a quotation for wholesale?

You may contact our customer service at +971 4225 59 59 or send an email to sales@mansoor-me.com with the list of the required items then we will send you the quotation accordingly.

When you will restock the item?

You can contact our customer service at +971 4222 99 88 or send an email to online@mansoor-me.com to provide the details of the required item. We will then check if we have any incoming shipments of it. Alternatively, you can click on the "Notify me" button on the product page to receive a notification when the item is back in stock.
