Customers of Mansoor may return any unused product within 7 days of purchase, provided they have the original receipt and packaging. Mansoor offers exchanges or credit notes for the returned items. However, please note that discounted products and the following are not eligible for exchange or return. Also, exchanges are only accepted in the country where the purchase was made.
Refund
Mansoor will issue a refund if a product cannot be repaired or replaced. The refund will be processed in the same method as the payment was made.
